Having an insurance chosen for your tickets offers you the opportunity to request Unlimited changes to your booking without any extra fees.
The changes accepted under this insurance are for the same location only and subject to availability.
The changes must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the attendance date.
Once tickets are purchased, they cannot be refunded under any circumstances unless the event is being cancelled by the organiser then the available options will be discussed at the time.
Proof of the purchase, copy of the tickets which states that the insurance has been purchased will be required.
It is the customer full responsibility to make sure that all details entered are correct.
If an insurance is not added to the ticket, then a 20% fee will occur with any changes requested as per our T&C.

The insurance can be purchased/added only when you book online.
You may not resell or transfer a Ticket if prohibited by law. Any resale or transfer (or attempted resale or transfer) of a Ticket in breach of the applicable law is grounds for seizure or cancellation of that Ticket.
